Im partnered with an early-stage AI startup building agentic systems for the energy and utility sector developing real, production-grade AI that powers predictive operations and real-time optimization at scale.
Were looking for an AI Engineer to help design, deploy, and scale AI-native services that sit at the core of their platform. Youll work directly with the CTO in a small, high-performing team shipping breakthroughs in weeks, not quarters.
What Youll Do:
Build and deploy AI agents for predictive operations and optimization
Own the full AI pipeline ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, deployment
Integrate AI models with backend systems and enterprise data flows
Drive performance, safety, and reliability in production environments
Collaborate cross-functionally with software, security, and product teams
What Theyre Looking For:
5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience
Proficiency in Python + one of Go/Java
Experience with LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and vector databases
Strong cloud-native background (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Hands-on, fast-moving mindset thrives in early-stage settings
